“McDonald's Ad Campaign Blurs the Line Between Emoji & Real Life.”



















Everybody uses emojis in text messages, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. to express their emotions. Only real characters deserve to become emojis in our everyday conversations – only icons become icons. To showcase this message, still-life photographer Matthieu Lavanchy and stylist Seiko Hatfield brought emojis to life – by taking photos of real food but making it look exactly like emojis.
